The 9105-41B is the machine type of the IBM Power S1014, the single-socket 4U Power 10 system. For a great many IBM i shops this is the machine the last refresh landed on: 8 cores, up to 1 TB of memory, and enough internal NVMe to retire a shelf of spinning disk without touching external storage.
The S1014 sits at P05 or P10 depending on the processor feature, and that tier boundary is what makes it worth checking before assuming an upgrade is cheap. Its 102.4 TB internal NVMe ceiling is four times what the smaller S1012 holds and is usually more than an entry workload will ever use, which means the constraint on this machine type is almost always cores rather than capacity.
